Still Waiting for Death Certificate

I am into month 5 on waiting for a copy of a death certificate. The company keeps telling me that it will be here next week and when next week comes - there is still no certificate!

Horrible. Steal your $. AVOID at all costs.

Paid for my mother's birth cert. They "rejected" my complete application. Wouldn't say why. Never returned my $62.00 fee. Thieves.

Bogus representation

Paid for death certificate of my father. NYS law does not permit child to order same. Contacted these folks and got zilch in return. Don't waste your money.

this is a scam company

this is a scam company. they provide no service. you can easily apply to your own health dept for the documents they charge $55 for. No service for $55

I didn't even order any documents, I was charged $125.00 for absolutely nothing! I explained this to the company multiple times and yet nothing. I cannot afford to give $125.00 away. What a scam! Do not use this company ever!

Never received my Birth Certificate paid over $100 and can not get a hold of anyone SCAM website

Ordered by Birth Certificate in Feb 2021, Never received it, tried calling and they hang up, tried emailing and you get a response to check a website and then you can not log in- it tells you to call. Its a loop and you never are able to get a hold of anyone. I am reporting to BBB and I am going to try to get my money back. But probably will not be able to.

Unsatisfactory Business

I paid this company $125 for a certified marriage certificate on Dec. 7,2020. As of March 23,2021, I have not received the certificate, despite the fact that the request was processed and charged to my account. When I called them, no one answered, and I had to leave a message requesting a call back which I have not received. Do not do business with this company. You can get certified copies of licenses from the Register of Deeds in the county in which the license was acquired. In NC, it only costs $10.00 versus $125.00

Scam

I paid $137 to get a death certificate overnight. Its been a week and nothing. What really worries me is they have my social. Go to the county to get records. I should know better. Disputing with my bank.

Did I just pay 60 dollars for an application to get my birth certificate ?

I paid $47 to get said forms and have been waiting on my birth certificate for more than 8 weeks! My states public health dept. sent the application back stating that I didn't include $25 fee. I paid a total of $72 and I'm still waiting for my bc. Huge scam
